Natalie is an accomplished operations consultant with two decades of experience in operations leadership and transformation. She is known for creating flexible, future‑ready solutions that help organizations meet challenges and seize new opportunities.
Natalie holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and is a Certified Legal Manager. She specializes in building operational systems, improving workflows, aligning people, processes and technology to strengthen business performance and ensuring organizational frameworks are AI ready. She has led major process improvement initiatives related to critical business systems, including new billing and accounting platforms, payroll and HCM tools, knowledge management systems, document management applications and other technology upgrades, that increased accuracy, reduced administrative workload and created long‑term operational resilience.
Beyond her professional work, Natalie is committed to serving her community and helping others in her industry and beyond. She serves on the Board of the Humane Society of Chittenden County and has volunteered for Midwest Beagle Rescue, Education & Welfare since 2004 as an adoption counselor and advocate. Within the Association of Legal Administrators, she has contributed as a conference planning committee member, chapter board member, and national membership ambassador.
Brumaire (from the French brume, meaning 'mist' or 'fog') was the second month of the French Republican Calendar, adopted during the French Revolution of 1789. It ran from roughly October 22 to November 20 in the Gregorian calendar and marked the transition into the misty, damp weather characteristic of that time of year in France.
Brumaire is best known historically for the Coup of 18 Brumaire (November 9, 1799), where Napoleon Bonaparte overthrew the Directory and installed himself as First Consul, effectively ending the Revolution. The calendar itself was used in France from 1793 until Napoleon abolished it at the beginning of 1806.
