Her organizational leadership experience includes serving as the chief operating executive for a 60‑person firm, where she directed teams across IT, HR, billing, accounting, client services and facilities. She brings deep financial acumen to her work, and has refined budgeting processes, presented key performance insights to boards of directors, and restructured accounting procedures to strengthen internal controls, reduce time spent on financial tasks, and ensure alignment with accounting standards. She has also managed several office construction projects, including the renovation and relocation of a Class A office space, which reduced rent and unused space by 30% while modernizing the workplace.
Beyond her professional work, Natalie is committed to serving her community and helping others in her industry and beyond.
